The 23rd Annual Budweiser International Snow Sculpture Championships in Breckenridge, Colorado is always a fun January activity.
Still in a drought this winter, the Town seemed strange with dry streets.

We arrived the day before the judging and watched the sculptors put on the finishing touches, a process that went on all night.
All the competition's sculptures start out as a 20 ton block of packed snow supplied by the Town.
